The staff knew what they were doing, check-in was a breeze, plus we got to stay a bit later than usual. 😊

The continental breakfast with fresh fruits and toast is the best part of staying here.

The location was ok and the price was ok.
Power kept going out, the parking lot was cramped, all spaces were for compact cars. Sheets and bedding were not cleaned. Pillows were old. Poor lighting. Not the most courteous staff. Rooms were non-smoking, but they had definitely been smoked in.

The hotel is clean and offers great value. The location is marvelous, within a short walking distance to restaurants, nightclubs, public transport, shops. The breakfast had a wide range of food options to satisfy everyone. I was given a relaxing and tidy room with a queen bed, fridge, and microwave.

The room here was nicely updated and well-organised, with a private bathroom featuring a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, and there was plenty of great food available for continental breakfast.

Reasonably priced and quiet hotel with very friendly staff and good customer service. Great location next to restaurants, the aquarium, Disneyland, and the airport.

The double room I stayed in was newly decorated and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel was well priced and comfortable. Great central location, close to the Queen Mary, restaurants, and nightclubs.

The jacuzzi suite I reserved was not available due to plumbing problems, so they gave us this smelly room that was suppose to equal to the jacuzzi suite. But I couldnt get a refund and the room was smelly, wasnt that clean, the bathroom had a big hole in the ceiling over the shower that had a poor patch job and it was mildew in the bathroom also. Me being an asthmatic had to sleep with the windows opened the whole night to get fresh air. Also they didnt even change the toilet paper in the restroom because it was a used roll almost to the end. We checked out as soon as we woke up that morning. And they had a ant problem in the bathroom and the contential breakfast wasnt at all contentital. For the price I paid I should have been offered some money back.

It was convenient to where I needed to go while in the area.
The area was not great, and the rooms were adequate. The listing made it seem like my stay and rooms would have been more enjoyable.
